The predicted (mini) heatwave has arrived. Doors and windows are open allowing a gentle breeze to blow through the house which is pleasantly cool.

It has been perfect drying weather. Two loads have been washed, dried and ironed.

I've had several gardening sessions and have given the back garden a good tidy up, weeding and cutting back some of the flowers.

I've also finished mending my scarf and spent some time just sitting out in the sun. Plus in the spirit of getting back to normal I've done two sets of squats and managed 100 each time though I was puffing by the end.
