Welcome to family, friends and visitors. Here you will find interesting (hopefully) pictures of my part of the world, news of our household and probably, long ramblings about anything that catches my interest.

Grey.

Grey today with frequent gentle rain.
It felt very quiet today with the distant Llyn Peninsula hidden by the drizzle suspended in the air and little clouds hanging over Snowdonia.
While Peter went into town to do some shopping at Morrisons I got on with the curtain sewing. It was easy hand sewing down each side of the heavy curtain. Now one side of the window is done. Progress in small steps.

Looking through the rain there were some interesting colours and shapes on the flat sea.
The paddle boarders' lesson looked as if it was taking place on a sheet of glass. Perfect conditions for beginners. Later the more confident members of the group were taken off around the coast round below the Monument.
